Lion Parts is a passionate company well known in the Powersports community. An industry leader with over 50K SKUs and over a million completed orders to date, they provide top quality UTV, ATV, Jetski, Snowmobile and Motorcycle parts and accessories all over the US.
The Challenge
Lionparts is always on the go – they’re busy sourcing goods, finding the best products, and making sure the can get the best equipment to thier cliens at the best prices.
While they were seeing major success, and hitting most of their KPIs, they realized that their email marketing game was not where they want it to be. They were struggling to get the results they wanted and didn’t have the time and resources to do in house.
They contacted SmartMail to manage their email marketing efforts, and revamp their entire email strategy. With SmartMail’s expertise and resources, we were able to increase their ROI on email revenue by 31X.
What We Implemented
SmartMail started from scratch. We completely redsigned their email templates with high converting layouts, and rebuilt their Klaviyo Flows with some of the most profitable automated emails.
Setting up a monthly content calendar, creating the design and copy for all content, and actually doing it – all LionParts had to do was approve.
As part of our service, we provided the following strategies:
- Automations: We designed and implemented the 7 most profitable automatoin series, each containing three emails, sent based on carefully crafted filters and rule sets.
- Campaign Management: We manage a monthly contnet clander, prepared in advance outlining the all email content scheduled for the month. With content and creatives provided well in advance for review and approval, it took virtually no time for LionPart to send their list quality emails that worked.
- List Growth: SmartMail customized various email collection methods, including entry and exit pop-ups, with advanced filters set to ensure they done interfere with user experience.
It wasn’t long before the results came through. With in one month, revenue from email was up 6X, and after a few months of bieng live, ROI on email was 31X.
