The Challenge

Lowes engaged SmartMail to help implement a more sophisticated approach to their email marketing, with the goal of minimizming the number of emails sent, but ultimately also increasing online monthly revenue from email.

What We Implemented

SmartMail first conducted a full ESP migration, setting up everything from scratch to optimize open, click, and conversion rates.
This included the full spectrum of customized automation emails covering the entire customer journey from start to finish.

Using targeted segementations, we focused on sending less, but sending smarter – more efficient emails to lower the number of emails sent per month, while silmultaneously increasing the monthly return.
