The Challenge
Despite having a dedicated subscriber base, Cutting Edge were only sending emails sporadically, and stuggled to leverage their list. They asked SmartMail to optimize their email strategy and add insight into how they could maximize thier email strategy.
What We Implemented
SmartMail conducted a full Klaviyo account audit, and reported back to Cutting Edge with our findings. Smartmail revamped their automations, adding crucial flows and optimizing existing campaigns. Next they crafted a monthly content calendar, and set up segments and list to properly target high value customers.
Within a few months, overall site revenue inreased by 34%, with dollar per recipient value averaging up to $12. Within the first 80 days of Smartmail getting involved, Cutting Edge had generated over $180K thorugh email.
